Applications built to stand up to scrutiny

Most refusals come down to gaps a consultant would have spotted in ten minutes. This is the work that closes them.

01

Schengen visa assistance

Full support for a short-stay Schengen application, from checking your eligibility through to the decision.

What this includes
  • We work out which country you should be applying to under the main-destination rule — get this wrong and it's the quickest route to a refusal.
  • Your application form gets completed and checked with you line by line, not handed back as a template.
  • We put together a document pack that answers the questions a consulate is actually going to ask.
  • Once it's in, we stay on the file until the decision arrives and talk you through what it means.
02

Visa appointment assistance

Finding and booking appointment slots at VFS Global, TLScontact and UK consulate visa centres.

What this includes
  • We keep an eye on slot availability at whichever centre handles your destination.
  • The earliest workable appointment gets booked against your travel dates.
  • You'll get a written checklist of what to bring on the day, biometrics included.
03

Document review

A consultant checks every page before you submit and tells you what's missing.

What this includes
  • Passport validity, blank pages, previous visa history.
  • Proof of your UK immigration status and where you live.
  • Bank statements, proof of employment or study, sponsorship letters.
  • Cover letter, itinerary, accommodation and insurance evidence.
04

Express visa assistance

Priority handling for when your travel date is close and there's no room for a second attempt.

What this includes
  • Same-day document review, depending on consultant availability.
  • Slots monitored continuously so you get the earliest one going.
  • One named consultant on WhatsApp right through to submission.
  • Worth knowing: processing times are set by the consulate, not by us — express handling speeds up our side of it.

Good to know

What we cannot do

Being straight about the limits is part of the service. Anyone promising more than this is guessing.

  • Nobody but the consulate decides your visa — and yes, it can still refuse an application that's complete and well prepared.
  • Appointment slots aren't ours to create. We watch for the earliest one released for your destination and book it the moment it appears.
  • Official processing times are the consulate's to set, not ours — express handling speeds up our side of the file, not theirs.
  • We won't submit, or tell you to submit, a document we know to be false. It's a criminal offence, and it can cost you years of travel, not just this application.
