About these terms
These terms govern the consultancy and travel services provided by TRIPOO TRAVELS LIMITED. By booking a service you accept them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
What we provide
We provide advice, document preparation, form completion, appointment assistance and travel arrangements. We are an independent consultancy and are not an embassy, consulate, visa application centre or government body, and we are not authorised to give immigration legal advice unless stated in writing.
Visa decisions
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee an outcome, a processing time or the availability of appointment slots, and our fee covers our work rather than a result.
Package travel protection
Where we arrange flights, accommodation and other travel services together for you as a single booking, this may be a "package" under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Where that applies, we will tell you in writing before you pay a deposit, and set out what financial protection covers your booking.
Fees and payment
Our fee is confirmed in writing before work begins. Consulate fees, visa-centre service charges, courier costs, insurance premiums, flights and accommodation are separate and payable in addition, at cost. Payment terms are set out in your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
To do our job we need you to:
- Give complete and accurate information and documents
- Respond in time for appointment and submission deadlines
- Attend your appointment and provide biometrics where required
- Tell us about previous refusals, overstays or immigration history
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of our fee. Once preparation has started, fees are refundable in proportion to the work not yet done. Third-party fees already paid on your behalf — consulate, visa centre, non-refundable bookings — cannot be returned.
Liability
We are liable for losses caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, up to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for refusals, delays or losses arising from information you have not disclosed, from third-party decisions, or from events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
