From first message to boarding pass
Six stages, each with something you can see: a written checklist, a booked appointment, an ordered document pack.
- 1
Free consultation
Tell us where you're going and when. We'll talk through what the trip needs, roughly what it costs, and where it could go wrong.
By WhatsApp, phone or the form below — no charge, no obligation either way.
- 2
Eligibility check
We work out which consulate should be handling your case, and whether your UK status, passport and travel history stack up for the application.
A written summary of exactly what applies to you — not the generic version.
- 3
Document preparation
You get a personal checklist, then every document you send back gets checked for anything that would weaken the file.
Cover letter, itinerary, financials, insurance, accommodation.
- 4
Application & appointment
We fill in the online form together and grab the earliest appointment slot that fits your travel dates.
Whether that's VFS Global, TLScontact, or the consulate's own booking system.
- 5
Submission support
You turn up to the appointment with an ordered pack and a proper briefing on what happens at the counter, biometrics included.
A consultant's on WhatsApp that day if anything unexpected comes up.
- 6
Decision & travel
We track the file and tell you the moment there's news — refusal or not — and what it actually means.
Then it’s on to the trip itself: flights, hotels, the itinerary.

About the process
How long does the visa process take?
Consulates aim to decide short-stay applications within 15 calendar days of the appointment, extendable to 45 if the file needs a closer look. In practice, appointment availability is usually the bigger bottleneck — we recommend starting six to eight weeks before travel, and you can apply up to six months out.
Which country should I apply to?
You apply to the country where you will spend the most nights. If nights are equal across countries, you apply to the one you enter first. Getting this wrong is a common reason for refusal, so it is the first thing we check.
Can you help with visa appointments?
Yes. We monitor availability at the centre that handles your destination — VFS Global, TLScontact or the consulate directly — and book the earliest slot that suits your dates. We cannot create slots that do not exist, and we never charge for a slot we have not secured.
Do you provide travel insurance?
We arrange Schengen-compliant travel medical insurance that meets the minimum €30,000 medical and repatriation requirement, and we make sure the policy documents show what a consulate needs to see.
Can you arrange flights and hotels?
Yes — flights in all cabin classes, plus hotels and apartments. For applications we can use flexible or free-cancellation bookings so you are not committed before a decision, then confirm once the visa is granted.
Step one is free. Shall we start?
Let TRIPOO handle the complicated parts — the forms, the checks, the appointment — while you get on with planning the trip itself.
