  • Realistic timings based on current appointment availability
  • A fixed fee, agreed before any work starts

How it works

Six steps, and you always know which one you are on

No guessing where your file's up to. Each stage ends with something concrete, so you can see what's done and what's still waiting on you.

  1. 1

    Free consultation

Tell us where you're going and when. We'll talk through what the trip needs, roughly what it costs, and where it could go wrong.

By WhatsApp, phone or the form below — no charge, no obligation either way.

  2. 2

    Eligibility check

We work out which consulate should be handling your case, and whether your UK status, passport and travel history stack up for the application.

A written summary of exactly what applies to you — not the generic version.

  3. 3

    Document preparation

You get a personal checklist, then every document you send back gets checked for anything that would weaken the file.

Cover letter, itinerary, financials, insurance, accommodation.

  4. 4

    Application & appointment

We fill in the online form together and grab the earliest appointment slot that fits your travel dates.

Whether that's VFS Global, TLScontact, or the consulate's own booking system.

  5. 5

    Submission support

You turn up to the appointment with an ordered pack and a proper briefing on what happens at the counter, biometrics included.

A consultant's on WhatsApp that day if anything unexpected comes up.

  6. 6

    Decision & travel

We track the file and tell you the moment there's news — refusal or not — and what it actually means.

Then it’s on to the trip itself: flights, hotels, the itinerary.

Why TRIPOO

The reasons clients stay with us

Visa work is detail work, and clients tell us the same thing again and again: speed matters less than knowing exactly who's handling their file, and what it's going to cost.

Experienced consultants

The people handling your file prepare Schengen applications every week — this isn't a script read off a screen.

One named contact

One consultant follows your case from the first call through to the decision, so you're never repeating yourself to someone new.

Transparent pricing

Our fee gets agreed in writing before anything starts. Consulate and biometric costs are shown separately, at cost.

Everything in one place

Visa, flights, hotel, insurance and itinerary handled by the same team, so the paperwork actually agrees with itself.

Fast, human replies

A real consultant answers WhatsApp and email, usually within 18 hours.

Careful with your data

Your documents sit under UK GDPR, get kept only as long as the application needs, and never get sold on.

Honest advice

If your case isn't likely to succeed — or you don't need us at all — we'll say so upfront.

Business & group travel

Trade fairs, conferences, family groups, staff trips — we coordinate multiple applicants at once.

Client reviews

What clients say about TRIPOO

Applied for a French tourist visa with about six weeks' notice and was sure I'd left it too late. They caught that my bank statement was missing a stamp before it ever reached the consulate, and the appointment came through with time to spare. Approved, no issues.
SWSarah WhitfieldManchester
Second time applying after a refusal the year before — this time someone actually explained what had gone wrong the first time. The checklist was specific to my case, not a generic list. Took a bit of back-and-forth to pin down an appointment slot, but it came together in the end.
IQImran QureshiLondon
Booked flights, hotel and the visa through them for a family trip to Italy. Everything on the paperwork matched up, which apparently isn't always the case, and the consulate had no follow-up questions. Would use them again for the next trip.

About TRIPOO

A travel partner, not a form-filling service

TRIPOO TRAVELS LIMITED is a UK-based travel and visa consultancy. We help people living here get to Europe and beyond — building applications that hold up under scrutiny, then sorting the trip that follows.

We would rather turn work down than take a fee for an application that is not ready. That is the whole business model: get it right first time, and be the people you come back to next year.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked most. Don't see yours here? Send it over and we'll give you a proper answer, not a form letter.

What documents do I need for a Schengen visa?

It depends on your circumstances, but a standard short-stay application usually comes down to a completed application form, a passport valid at least three months beyond your return with two blank pages, a passport photo to ICAO standard, proof of your UK immigration status, travel medical insurance covering at least €30,000 including repatriation, proof of where you're staying, a return travel booking, and evidence you can fund the trip — recent bank statements plus proof of employment, study or business. We turn this into a checklist built around your actual situation, not the generic version.

How long does the visa process take?

Consulates aim to decide short-stay applications within 15 calendar days of the appointment, extendable to 45 if the file needs a closer look. In practice, appointment availability is usually the bigger bottleneck — we recommend starting six to eight weeks before travel, and you can apply up to six months out.

Which country should I apply to?

You apply to the country where you will spend the most nights. If nights are equal across countries, you apply to the one you enter first. Getting this wrong is a common reason for refusal, so it is the first thing we check.

Can you help with visa appointments?

Yes. We monitor availability at the centre that handles your destination — VFS Global, TLScontact or the consulate directly — and book the earliest slot that suits your dates. We cannot create slots that do not exist, and we never charge for a slot we have not secured.

Do you provide travel insurance?

We arrange Schengen-compliant travel medical insurance that meets the minimum €30,000 medical and repatriation requirement, and we make sure the policy documents show what a consulate needs to see.

Can you arrange flights and hotels?

Yes — flights in all cabin classes, plus hotels and apartments. For applications we can use flexible or free-cancellation bookings so you are not committed before a decision, then confirm once the visa is granted.

Which Schengen countries do you cover?

All 29 Schengen members, including Bulgaria and Romania, which became full members on 1 January 2025. We also assist with UK, US, Canada, UAE, Turkey and other visa applications.

Can you help if my visa was previously refused?

Yes. We read the refusal notice, identify which ground was cited, and advise honestly on whether a fresh application or an appeal is the better route. A refusal does not bar you from applying again, but repeating the same file rarely changes the answer.

Ready to start your journey?

Let TRIPOO handle the complicated parts — the forms, the checks, the appointment — while you get on with planning the trip itself.
