Who we are

What we collect
We only ask for what an application needs. Depending on the service, that includes:
- Contact details — name, email, phone number, city
- Travel details — destination, dates, purpose of travel, package of interest
- Immigration details — nationality, UK immigration status, passport data, previous visa history
- Supporting evidence — financial, employment, study or sponsorship documents you choose to send us
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare your application, book appointments and arrange travel. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract with you, or your consent where you have simply asked us a question. Where we handle immigration or health-related information we rely on your explicit consent.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with parties involved in your trip — consulates and visa application centres, airlines, hotels, insurers, and the software we use to run the business. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Application and booking files are kept for 6 years after the file closes, to meet our accounting and consumer-contract obligations, then deleted. Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
International transfers
A visa or travel booking usually means your details leave the UK by design — to the consulate or visa application centre handling your case, or to an airline, hotel or insurer based in the destination country. We send only what that specific booking needs, nothing more.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it
- Restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time
